Our impact

Specific instances:

We delivered a GTM strategy into a branding agency using the RISE framework.  We analysed the market, reviewed client strategy and channels to market, segmented opportunities, developed pricing strategy and instigated a new plan for dialogue with clients at a more senior level. 

The feedback was very positive with the client asking for further work on saving a broken relationship with a key supplier (RESCUE).
